Sit in a place where you can get direct morning sunlight, soon after sunrise. Sit comfortably in mild morning sunlight for about 30-45 minutes. Keep your face, arms, and legs exposed to sunlight as much as possible. Avoid very harsh afternoon sunlight. The body absorbs sunlight through the skin, which helps in natural Vitamin D formation.
