2. Dhoom Therapy (Garlic, Turmeric, and Mustard Oil Smoke)
Ingredients:
2 to 3 cloves of garlic.
One quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder.
A few drops of mustard oil.
Method:
Mix garlic, turmeric, and mustard oil to make a thick paste.
Apply this paste on a thick cotton cloth.
Roll the cloth like a wick.
Light the wick so that it produces smoke.
Fold a leaf into the shape of a funnel and gently guide the smoke toward the ear.
Benefits:
Helps reduce inflammation inside the ear.
Provides relief from pain and infection.
Important Precautions:
Do not direct the smoke straight into the ear. Only allow mild smoke to reach near the ear.
If there is severe pain or a burning sensation, stop the process immediately
This method should be used with extra care in children.
