नहीं, हमारी बॉडी बीमार होने के लिए नहीं बनी। हम गलत खाना खाकर, रात को देर तक जागने से और अपनी गलत आदतों से इसे बीमार करते हैं। बीमार होने के बाद भी शादी या किसी फंक्शन में जाकर जरूरत से ज्यादा खाना खा लेते हैं, जिससे शरीर पर और ज्यादा बोझ पड़ता है और हम बीमार पड़ते हैं।

सोने के 2–3 घंटे बाद नींद खुल जाती है, तो इसका क्या मतलब है?

इसे शरीर में किसी समस्या के संकेत के रूप में देखा जा सकता है। कब हार्ट अटैक आ जाए या किडनी में स्टोन बन जाए, इसका पहले से पता नहीं चलता, इसलिए शरीर के ऐसे संकेतों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।

क्या हमारी बॉडी बीमार होने के लिए बनी है?

नहीं, हमारी बॉडी बीमार होने के लिए नहीं बनी। बीमारी इसलिए बढ़ती है क्योंकि हमें अक्सर यह पता ही नहीं होता कि क्या खाना है, कितना खाना है, क्या अच्छा है, क्या बुरा है, किस मौसम में क्या खाना चाहिए और किस मौसम में क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए। खान-पान और जीवनशैली की यही गड़बड़ी आगे चलकर शरीर में समस्याएं पैदा करती है।

क्या मोटापा, फैटी लिवर या गांठ जैसी समस्याओं में भी शरीर की सफाई जरूरी है?

हाँ। वजन बढ़ने, फैटी लिवर, गांठ, रसौली, प्रोस्टेट और दूसरी समस्याएं शरीर में कुपित मल के संचय से जुड़ी होती है इसलिए शरीर की सफाई पर काम करने बेहद जरुरी है।

गैस, एसिडिटी और लिवर से जुड़ी समस्या में क्या करें?

सुबह खाली पेट 2 कच्चे आंवले, कच्ची हल्दी का बड़ा टुकड़ा, अदरक का छोटा टुकड़ा, नींबू और थोड़ी काली मिर्च मिलाकर जूस बनाकर पिएं। इसे हफ्ते में 5 दिन लें और जूस पीने के बाद लगभग 3 घंटे तक कुछ न खाएं। जब आंवले का मौसम हो, तब इसे ताजे आंवले के साथ लिया जा सकता है। जूस खाली पेट उकड़ू बैठकर ही पिएं। इसके साथ दूध, दही, पनीर और अंडा जैसी जानवरों से मिलने वाली चीजें छोड़ दें। पैकेट फूड खाली पेट नहीं खाना चाहिए और अगर कभी-कभार खाना हो, तो भी खाली पेट न खाएं।

जो उकड़ू नहीं बैठ सकते, वे कैसे शुरू करें?

शुरुआत में चार तकियों के ऊपर बैठें। फिर हर 2–4 दिन बाद तकिए की थोड़ी-थोड़ी रूई कम करते जाएं या ऊंचाई घटाते जाएं। धीरे-धीरे शरीर को इस स्थिति की आदत पड़ने पर तकिए कम होते जाएंगे और अंत में बिना तकिए के उकड़ू बैठने की कोशिश की जा सकती है।

हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस क्यों जरूरी है?

बीमारी के समय इलाज का खर्च संभालने में हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस मदद कर सकता है। अगर संबंधित इलाज या पंचकर्म आपकी पॉलिसी में कवर है, तो इंश्योरेंस के माध्यम से उसकी सुविधा मिल सकती है।

बीमारियाँ क्यों होती हैं?

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार मंदाग्नि यानी भोजन का ठीक से पाचन न होना और शरीर में कुपित मल का संचय बीमारियों का कारण है। शरीर में जो भी इनपुट जाता है - खाना, पानी, हवा, विचार आदि जब उसका सही तरीके से पाचन या निष्कासन नहीं होता, तो वह शरीर में जमा होने लगता है यही गंभीर बीमारियों का कारण बनती हैI

शरीर में जमा कुपित मल की सफाई कैसे की जाती है?

इसके लिए आयुर्वेद में पंचकर्म बताया गया है। जैसे घर में रोज झाड़ू-पोछा करने के बावजूद समय-समय पर डीप क्लीनिंग की जाती है, उसी तरह पंचकर्म को शरीर की अंदरूनी सफाई की प्रक्रिया के रूप में बताया गया है।

पंचकर्म क्या है?

पंचकर्म आयुर्वेद में शरीर की अंदरूनी सफाई की प्रक्रिया है। इसमें शरीर में जमा अवांछित पदार्थों को बाहर निकालने और शरीर की सफाई पर काम किया जाता है।

खान-पान ठीक करने, सोने और उठने का समय सुधारने, योग, swimming और नियमित सैर जैसी lifestyle habits अपनानी चाहिएI

सुबह और रात का blood pressure check करके दोनों की तुलना करें। साथ ही cholesterol report में HDL देखें। Heart Health को सही रखने के लिए Body detox करें और सप्ताह में एक दिन उपवास रखें जिससे शरीर खुद Detox होने लगेगा I

Lungs की समस्या के संकेत क्या हैं?

खाना खाने का सही तरीका क्या है?

खाना खाने के लिए वज्रासन, अर्ध-वज्रासन और उकड़ू आसन इन तीन तरीकों में से किसी एक आसन में बैठकर खा सकते हैं। साथ ही खड़े होकर खाना खाने और पानी पीने से बचें।

शुगर Manage करने के लिए कैसी डाइट होनी चाहिए?

शुगर में आराम के लिए प्लेट-1 और प्लेट-2 डाइट ले। प्लेट-1 में 50 किलो से ज्यादा वजन वाले 500 ग्राम फल और 50 किलो से कम वजन वाले 250 ग्राम फल लें। लंच में सलाद लें और उसके बाद अपना खाना खाएं। प्लेट-2 में रात को हल्का सूप लें। साथ ही दूध, दही, पनीर, अंडा, नमकीन और प्रोसेस्ड फूड छोड़ें । डाइट सुधारने से BP और शुगर में आराम मिल सकता है I
